Bangalore Airport / Hospet Railway Station – Hampi
Arrival at Bangalore Airport/ Hospet Railway Station in the morning/afternoon by flight/Train and transfer to Hampi.It will take approximately 6 hours to reach Hampi.
You will be taken to your hotel where you will relax and rest. Explore the local market in your free time and back to your hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
After breakfast, you will go for a full day sightseeing in Hampi.
Hampi is located on the bank of the Tungabhadra River in the state of Karnataka, which is famous for its ancient beautifully carved temples, forts, and other monuments as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will explore beautifully carved walls- Virupaksha Temple, Stone captured Lotus Mahal, the most impressive structure in Hampi – Vitthala Temple and complex, Monkey Temple, and Elephant Stables.
In the evening, return to your hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Hampi to Badami Transfer
After breakfast, move to Badami which will take 3.30 hours to reach. On arrival, check in to your hotel. After having some rest explore Badami. You will witness the numerous sights of Badami, which will include Agastya Lake which has healing water properties, Badami Cave Temples, Bhutanatha Temple, Badami Fort, and Shri Banashankari Shakti Peetham.
In the evening back to your hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Badami – Aihole – Pattakadal
After a delicious breakfast in your Badami hotel, head for the sightseeing of Aihole and Pattakadal. It takes 45 minutes to reach Aihole. After visiting Aihole, you will proceed to Pattadakal (Raktapura).
Later, return to your Badami hotel. Overnight stay in the Hotel.
Badami to Bijapur (Vijayapura) Transfer
After breakfast, you will transfer to Bijapur which is a 2.30 hours short journey.
Bijapur city is known for its historical monuments, diverse culture, and ancient Rivers. Bijapur was one of the richest districts in the state of Karnataka. It is famous for the mausoleum, palaces, Ilkal sarees, watchtowers, and strong gateways which were built during the Adil Shahi Dynasty.
On arrival, check in to your hotel. After rest, visit Gol Gumbaz, the second-largest mausoleum in the world. In the evening, visit the local market of Bijapur. Overnight stay in Bijapur.
Bijapur Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will have a full day of sightseeing in Bijapur. Visit the remaining places of Bijapur, like – one of the most historical monuments of Bijapur – Ibrahim Rauza, Malik-E-Maidan which is a huge gun (Cannon), The Archaeological Museum, Bijapur Fort, and Bara Kaman.
In the evening, back to your hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
